Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how AuraPet (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website. By placing an order with AuraPet, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Locations

AuraPet currently ships to:

  • Canada

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Shipping availability may change in the future.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

  • Any applicable taxes are shown before order confirmation.

AuraPet reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

AuraPet is not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to the sender due to address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Delayed Packages

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control. AuraPet is not liable for such delays but will assist in tracking your shipment where possible.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is lost in transit, please contact us at  aurapet.brand@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with neighbours or your local carrier first

  • AuraPet is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen afterward


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and products

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain addresses or locations if required by law or carrier restrictions.


10. Changes to This Shipping Policy

AuraPet reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
